Try the Brunch Paella at Boqueria

You won’t find anything quite like the brunch paella anywhere at Boqueria. Every Saturday and Sunday, the newly debuted eatery serves up their famous brunch paella to hungry guests, featuring layers of bomba rice, roasted chicken, piquillo peppers, pork belly, kale, and farm-fresh eggs.

This is just one of the many sharing plates on the menu at Boqueria. Other brunch tapas include bacon-stuffed dates, patatas bravas, and lamb meatballs, or albondigas. When you don’t feel like sharing, try a larger brunch dish like the Spanish omelet. The chef scrambles organic eggs with confit potatoes and Spanish onions, then serves the omelet with aioli, pan con tomate, and greens. There are equally inventive tapas and entrees available at lunch, dinner, and happy hour all week long. Later in the day, don’t forget to try the sangria or shishito margarita.
